Ateltrainer Method – Fitness

It is a method used by combining oriental and occidental techniques. This Ateltrainer Method is much more than personal training to keep or better your complete health. It is a transpersonal training. It is a profound and calm fitness, suitable for any age and physical condition.

  • Monday and Wednesday, 18:30- 20:00h
  • Tuesday y Thursday, 11:00-12:30h
  • Saturday (check)

 

Area: 

  • Alameda (cerca del Puente del Real)
  • Saturday– Parque de cabecera
  • Outside the “Jardines del Turia” or “Parque de Cabecera” or in a private residence.
