MMTuria Training

In MMTuria Training we do group training outdoors for all kinds of people, designed with the aim of working in balance and proportion lower, upper and middle body muscles. We use plenty of tools, mixing TRX, Kropp 3D, functional exercises, interval training and boxing techniques.
